Receptionist [Australia]


 

We are seeking a friendly, professional and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our client who is one of Adelaide’s leading corporate Law Firms. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and employees, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who enters our premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms and meeting spaces
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Corporate presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanour and appearance
