Personnel Assistant ( Employee & Labor Relations ) [Philippines]


 

Has responsibility for the Human Relation functions concerning employee relations, development, implementation and administration of human resources programs and employment policies, personnel record-keeping, work-related issues, and compliance with GSIA laws and regulations.

Listens to employee grievances and implements disciplinary procedures.

Reports to Legal to address work related issues and oversee compliance with GSIA rules and regulations in consonance with Labor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with related course
  • Have a minimum of 2 Years full time work exposure (working in a security agency is an advantage)
  • Knowledgeable in Basic Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and be proficient in email applications;
  • Have good English and Tagalog communication skills, both oral or written
