Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive growth initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and share insights with the team
- Manage and mentor junior members of the growth team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth for technology companies
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
