Growth Lead [Egypt]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive growth initiatives
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and share insights with the team
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the growth team


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth for technology companies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members
