The company is interested in hearing from individuals who have relevant experience to join the team in our facility in Stillorgan Business Park, Co Dublin.
Gourmet Fuel is looking for an experienced kitchen assistant to join their team. This role is based on 20-30 hours per week. Daytime Shifts Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Availability needed for shift times 7am-5pm / 8am-6pm / 9am-7pm
Duties include,
- Weighing and preparing of meals as per production run
- To assume full responsibility of your food section
- Following all recipes as per instruction
- To ensure all products are completed on time and to the correct requirements
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety
- Pick & Pack customer orders correctly in our refrigerated cold room
- To ensure regulatory compliance at all times for all food production areas
- To complete all goods received Temp control and commodity stock sheets
- To attend all necessary training programmes to develop your own potential and enable your progress in the company
- Cleaning shifts to be completed as directed by management
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with attention to detail
The suitable applicant must be available for the above shifts stated and be flexible in their approach to the availability of any overtime required.
This position may not suit applicants currently studying during day time.
PREVIOUS FOOD EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
