Are you an innovator and seeking to bring collaboration to a significant digital capability uplift across Barwon Water?
Barwon Water is going through a significant digital capability and capacity uplift and requires the skills of an adaptable and personable Technology Training Officer to support the roll out. The Technology Training Officer will play a key role in uplifting digital skills across our diverse working group.
The Technology Training Officer will be responsible for developing and overseeing a campaign to uplift digital skills across the organisation. You will also assist in delivering training to support key technology projects and promoting a culture of digital learning.
By developing content to be used for training packages you will identify areas of improvement or key knowledge gaps to be filled by designing creative and unique training programmes. Success in this role will support our Strategy 2030 ambition as part of our significant investment in Digital Capability.

About you
The Technology Training Officer will be an effective and influencing communicator. You will thrive working with a broad range of stakeholders and bringing expertise to your role. You will have a strong grasp of technology and a keen interest in how to best utilise existing systems through training.
An emerging professional, you will have a strong customer focus and work collaboratively with others to guide them on their digital learning journey.
Your qualifications in technology training will be tested in this exciting and challenging role and combined with your practical experience, will help support our digital transformation in line with our Strategy 2030.
