As a Technical Support Engineer for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for cooperating with project team to prepare spare parts data in SAP.
Your responsibilities
- Providing technical support for supplier chain, spare parts pricing/planning/stock management
- Providing technical support for spare parts classification of export/import
- Supporting global LBL’s spare part related technical question
- Following design changes and managing spare parts Life cycle
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrics & Mechanics, Mechanics or related major
- 2+ years related job experience related to technical support
- Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel)
- Good interpersonal communications skill
- Available working under time pressure
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing)
