THE ROLE Develop and execute skincare e-commerce strategies that align with company goals and objectives Drive KOL sales and revenue growth through effective management of newly emerged EC channels e.g Douyin, Kuaishou Collaborate with KOL teams to de liver sales target and drive traffic into the store livestream Develop and maintain relationships with key e-commerce partners and vendors Analyze e-commerce performance data and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement
WHAT YOU’LL BRING Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry Strong experience in KOL BD and DouYin e-commerce management Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels Excellent communication and collaboration skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce performance data In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends in the Chinese market Fluency in English. Quick learning skill and excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams; Skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;
