- Handle the entire end to end recruitment life cycle
- Marketing direct to clients and public advertisements
- Publicize job openings and status updates on Job platforms
- Source and screen CVs, interview candidates for vacancies
- Market mapping, headhunting and candidate "Business Development"
- Undertake reference checks
- Negotiate salaries and contracts
