  • An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Helpdesk Administrator (28hours and 45 mins weekly, Permanent) to join our well established team delivering infrastructure services to the UK Military of Defence in Cyprus, based in Episkopi Cyprus. The Helpdesk team is focused on providing Customer Based Services.


Main Duties

  • Operate a professional, courteous and customer focused Helpdesk Call Centre providing good communication and feedback to client and end users, extracting from the customers all relevant details, including technical.
  • Processing email requests in the same manner.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a Customer Service based environment
  • Experience working on MS Office
  • Experience at working as a team in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent command of the English language, spoken/written.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a positive outlook
