Salary: Basic $1,800 - $1,900

Time: 5 days work week, fair rotational shift

Location: Orchard


Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Assistant Manager to deliver polite and efficient service, skillfully addressing guest complaints, queries, and needs.
  • Coordinate with the Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier teams to ensure a smooth guest check-in and check-out process.
  • Build connections with in-house and long-term guests, extending assistance whenever required.
  • Initiate courtesy communications with guests. Stay informed about tourist-related updates and information.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials required for daily functioning.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors with dedication and professionalism.
