Artwork Producer, Packaging Design (Fixed term)
at Fazer Confectionery
As an Artwork Producer you are responsible for creating and overseeing packaging design related artworks from the initial ideation through to completion. In this role you are responsible for preparing and completing packaging artworks for print and coordinating agreed design changes. Main responsibility area is to manage changes in existing artworks and 2D-images, in addition some novelty products and line extension designs will be included. You will coordinate the changes with internal stakeholders and prepare the print ready files in close co-operation with our repro partners and printing houses. You will be part of the Packaging Design team and support them in daily tasks related to artwork creation and change management. You’ll work as a part of our Confectionery Marketing team and report to the Design Director. This is a temporary position for approximately one year. Position is located in Vantaa, Finland.

What you’ll bring to the team
You understand the elements of visual communication and brand building. We expect you to have a solid experience from packaging artwork creation, Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), packaging materials and printing technologies. 2D image creation and edition, on top of knowledge of the consumer goods packaging are seen as great benefits. We expect you to have minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar and proven experience in artwork production and project management.
You have a high resilience and great ability to adapt to a changing environment. You are proactive, flexible and can manage several projects at the same time. To succeed in this position, you need to be result oriented, persistent, accurate and pay attention to details. Last but not least, we all work best together, so you are a strong team player with great co-operation and communication skills.
