Pharmacovigilance Data Entry Associate

Permanent position, full time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completion of day-to-day work and perform data entry of assigned cases as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintaining the data as per the client specific SOPs and guidelines, as applicable
- Attend training sessions and develop capabilities on an ongoing basis
- Maintain necessary peer client communication related to case processing
- Responsible for the creation, follow up and closure of the Adverse Event (AE) related action items and queries with the client or relevant stakeholders, as applicable
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary information required for day-to-day operations
- Mentorship and On Job Coaching (OJC) support, if required
Required experience and skills:
- 0 - 12 months experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Registered nurse or bachelor in Life Science, Medical or Phamarcy fields
- Excellent level of written and verbal English
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Good level of computer literacy with Microsoft application
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
- Knowledge of medical terminology
