Secretary [United Arab Emirates]


 

We are looking for an experience Executive Secretary to support managerial and secretarial works in our company. You will performing a variety of administrative tasks, must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. Can focus on their responsibilities without supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • At least 2years of secretarial job in UAE
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent command of written and speaking in English.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the Managing Director's weekly agenda
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers and suppliers
  • Handle the emails (all incoming, outgoing, etc)
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Experience in handle social media account is preferable
  • Prepare and send quotations and invoices

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Secretary in UAE
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
