Student Assistant for the Document Management team [Denmark]

Join us in this role where you’ll support and coordinate the various of tasks related to applications service. You’ll collect relevant data to support Change Requests and documentation for our CAB board. You’ll work both independently and in collaboration with your team.

Welcome to Document Management

You’ll be part of our IT Product Line (IPL) with a focus on application, maintenance, and development, where you, together with your colleagues, will oversee the Document Management applications in Ørsted. We’re seven experts in the field, spread across Poland, Malaysia, and Denmark. As a team, we work in a SAFe framework and care about agile principles.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting the Change Request procedure for Applications Service break, incl. CAB meetings
  • maintaining our team site
  • coordinating migration activities
  • coordinating vulnerability tickets
  • other ad hoc tasks.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are a strong team player, with the ability to interact in a larger group and with many different tasks
  • are able to keep an overview of multiple tasks and have good coordination skills
  • thrive in an international environment and are fluent in English
  • preferably have minimum three years left before graduating with a master’s degree
  • are quick at learning new IT systems and tools.
