eCommerce Specialist [Philippines]


 

About the Businses:

We are an Australian based eCommerce startup business selling recovery equipment for athletes, such as compression boots, ice baths etc.

We are hiring an eCommerce specialist to support our core eCommerce operations as we grow.

The role is for full time (40h/week), but the first month will be a trial period with part time hours (20/week) as you learn and on board.

Key Responsibilities for the role:

1. Business reporting - weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on key metrics including revenue, units sold, WOS, CM, ASP, CVR, Traffic. Then advertising specific metrics including ROAS, CPA. Also broken down by Upgrade to see actual infoep dive any metrics below KPI

2. Content calendar - own and project manage the output of the content strategy, including video content both short form and long form, new ad creatives, work with a video editor to deliver final result, create blog content, email campaigns

3. Advertising optimisations - monthly ad creative switch, split testing different ad creatives and reporting on results of the split tests to uncover insights for future creatives. You will be managing up to $10k/month in ad spend.

4. Promotional calendar - own and manage the promo calendar, including the planning and execution of the promotion and any support marketing campaigns

5. General Admin Tasks - other ad hoc tasks may occur including catalogue management, updating website content etc.

Our Ideal Candidate:

1. Data and process driven - Makes data based decisions, and enjoys building systems and processes while still having a strong creative sense

2. Experienced with eCommerce- must have had experience with FB / Google Ads & working with eCommerce business, and an intuitive sense for analysing data using spreadsheets.

3. Takes initiative - willing to chase up tasks in order to meet timelines. Is able to learn new skills independently through research, and asks for support where needed.

4. Fluent in English - Strong English skills especially in writing is required, as parts of the responsibility will include repurposing content into blog posts and social media content.

Our Offer:

1. $400-500 USD part time for a 1 month trial period which will turn into a Full-Time Role for $800-$1000 USD / month. ~ 45k - 55k PHP
2. Full training will be provided. You will be mentored by a former Amazon Australia employee who has worked with large brands like Samsung and generated > $50M in online sales. You will learn the eCommerce frameworks and develop the skills and experiences that you won't learn anywhere else.

Salary: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
